I have been a client of this salon since the day it opened several years ago under other management. When the previous owner decided to travel overseas, Jenny stepped in and the transition was seamless. I have very fine, thinning hair and a precision cut asymmetrical hairstyle in two colors. Not only was Jenny able to step into my previous stylist's shoes, she has improved on the design. Today I arrived after having to miss my last two appointments, my hair shaggy and misshaped. Getting it back to where it is now was no small feat. Jenny approached it with good humor and patience and I left feeling attractive and perhaps just as importantly, pampered. Jenny is a highly skilled and experienced stylist, she's also very thoughtful and knowledgeable about the products she uses, and always takes extra steps to ensure a successful outcome. The salon was always lovely and contemporary, but under her leadership there have been several improvements. The salon is immaculate and COVID-19 protective measures are strictly followed even using an autonomous temperature check station and touchless payment technology. All of her staff are friendly, helpful and make an effort to greet/acknowledge all customers. I will remain a loyal customer for as long as Jenny...

Read moreFirst off, the two hair stylists I've seen here are wonderful! So this poor review isn't for them. The first time I came here the hair stylist recommended a keratin treatment, I asked if it was safe during pregnancy and she said yes. Fast forward to two months later I called and booked an appointment for a haircut and keratin treatment. After booking, I decided to double check that the treatment was safe. Everything on Google said it was not safe to do if pregnant or nursing. I called the salon to verify with them and the female that answered was a little rude and just said, "if you don't want to do it, we can cancel it". I responded with "I just want to know if its safe, like maybe you carry a specific brand that is safe". She told me it was fine but then said if I was uncomfortable that they could cancel it. I asked her what the brand was and told her I would look it up and call back. The brand they use specifically said to NOT use if pregnant or nursing. I understand that the person on the phone might not know everything about every treatment but she should of double checked rather than telling someone flat out that it was safe during pregnancy (same with the first...
