Nice little shop. Owner is super cool and will take the time to help you find what you need or even just talk story. In addition to the basic convenience store stuff, he said they also offer hot foods. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area. It’s located on the corner of the building right next to dental place - right now there’s an inflatable thing near their door until they can get a sign put up.

They sell a variety of Filipino food and products and have hot food available on certain weekends, like roast pork, lumpia, pancit, and other dishes.
