Tilt Pearlridge — Local services in Oʻahu

This will be a little long hope the management will read it. We had a terrible terrible experience today with the staff. this guy that works there was very rude doesn’t have any costumer service experience doesn’t know how to deal with costumers even lied to me when I ask his name at first he said his name is joke and then say a different name jaiden when I ask him the second time. He was ready to fight and showed aggressiveness infont of my 2 daughters and son. I just asked him if he can reset the timer when I was playing basketball hoop just bec of the drinks I was carrying that I left on top of the machine but they were in a cup holder, he told me that I can’t leave the drinks on top of the machine so I told him I didn’t see any sign that says do not leave your drink on top of the machine, and that’s when he started insulting me he replied use your common sense and even asked me do you have $10k to replace the machine? And even threatens to slap me in the face when go back there the following day to talk to his manager.i was shock when he said that. I just simply asked him to reset the timer that’s all but instead he choose to argue with me until it reaches to the point that he wants to hit me. If he is not happy of his job then quit hope the management will do something about this so other parents will not experience of what i experience today I wonder how they get a 4.2 ratings.if possible avoid to go there your day will be ruined can’t...

There are two locations within Pearlridge and both are so-so, but options are limited locally. Tilt is comparatively more expensive than a place like Chuck E. Cheese with inexpensive food nearby at both locations (food court). We take our son one day a week and to become VIP, one needs to spend $300 whereas Fun Factory is $30. Games are somewhat "sad" and stay broken for long periods of time, and are slightly dated. But the Prizes are decent, they are better at the Sears side with more selection! Sears side is much more spacious but the Macy's side has a better variety of games. All in all, we still go weekly and enjoy ourselves but expect to spend a decent...

This review is for the downtown Pearlridge location. 10/10 would recommend for kids, adults, and family's alike! Buy and load your card up as many times you want as the fun is unlimited! So many new, updated, working machines available for single- and multi-player. Clean and enjoyable environment with competent staff working the prize counter in the back. Had a lot of fun while killing some time...
