Starting twenty five years ago I enjoyed this small park for its quietness, safety, and view of Pearl Harbor. Families were welcome then. Unfortunately, the homless inflow has resulted in neglect of facilities, abusive and threatening behavior, and foul language. I attribute this in great deal due our current Mayor's policies forcing more indegent, mentally ill, and substance abusers out of Honolulu into neighboring parks.
