We had a good time for dinner here last night. The staff are very attentive, even though they got busy for dinner, our server kept checking in on us to make sure we were ok. This location is typical for the franchise. The ambience was very good and everything was clean. Our server took our drink orders and then shortly after she returned with all of the non-alcoholic drinks we were able to order our dinner. Food was surprisingly quick. Everything looked delicious and when we realized one of the dishes was not quite right, our server replaced it very quickly and we even had the manager approach our table and check in on our food and how we all were doing. Food was good and very filling. We ended our night with their secret off menu dessert: a Trash Burger. They take their Butter Cake, slice through it and add the Belgian Chocolate Souffle Cake in the middle. They top that off with Vanilla Ice Cream and Chocolate Drizzle--lots of chocolate drizzle. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Manager Sam from the Pearl Ridge California Pizza Kitchen for his outstanding customer service.
We had an issue with a payment after dining in. We initially paid our bill online using our rewards, but our waitress later informed us that the payment was applied to the wrong bill. She provided the correct bill, which we paid with our credit card, and mentioned that the original transaction had been voided. However, we later noticed that the charge had not been removed from our bank account.
When I called the Pearl Ridge location, I spoke with Sam. From the start, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. He kept in consistent contact and followed up until everything was fully resolved, which took about three weeks.

Read moreYesterday, my wife myself and a friend, who we care for stopped by for Lunch. our friend Catherine is 89 yrs old has Dementia and needs a mobile walker to get around.first of all let me state we had a great time while we were there, your staff was very helpful and gracious towards our Handicap needs. there were a few negatives when we arrived there no Handy cap Loading or unloading zone in front of the Restaurant, ( there 3 or 4 menu pick up zones ).when we got up to the Hostess , we were told there would be about a twenty min wait , (that was not a problem) so we step aside so as not to block the entrance. I turned around and noticed a table behind us so I put Catherine in the chair because I dropped them off across the street and they had to walk to the corner crosswalk to get to entrance. as we waited for our table a Manager approached and asked that we wait outside due to CDC restriction, I asked if there was something she could do for us ,as Catherine was winded ,the manager then took and arrange a table off to the side .
