Love this place & all of the employees/ Owner, there always so laid back & beyond helpful, cool & just super kind people, despite my one time, little miss communication on my end & a bad day for myself, that I unfortunately & regretfully took out on the guy there ( I’ve since been back & i can laugh about it now, but I’ll always apologize for being a jerk just bc I was having bad day, projecting it onto a guy whose just doing his job & trying to help me) anyways even with that in mind, he & the whole staff & store have never treated me any differently & have continued to be super chill, kind, helpful & always understanding in my personal needs & wants, down to my exact “ go to’s” as far as their products go, haha. I’m a weekly, frequent customer & will continue to support a local, small business that is always so awesome & helpful. Love you guys at kings!! Yall are some quality people! Anyone that knows what they're talking about would never say, ”this shop has the best prices". Or that the staff is so knowledgeable. Prices are not clearly marked on all products. I believe the girl working muttered 2 or 3 words while fumbling to find prices. All of their vaporesso xros products are $45. Doesn't matter if it's an xros mini or an xros pro. A $20 mark up on products is far from great prices. I would highly recommend the Greatest Vape Shop if you want good prices (I only paid $25 for xros pro mod). Unfortunate that Kings is the only vape shop...

Came in and got a disposable vape. The box had been opened but the package was in tact so I didn't mind. Hit and it was at half battery. I haven't left the store and was uncomfortable with the product so I asked if could exchange it since I had not left the store. I was told to just charge the vape in question. There is also a hair with in the vape that I can clearly see and a loose object inside. Extremely disappointed and have been using you guys for a long time. But the vape and the customer interaction was horrible. Don't go...
