I’d give ZERO Stars. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I entrusted Walid the owner of Goldcorp with my $12,900 USD diamond ring for a trade-in, expecting an honest exchange. Instead, I was given a pair of diamond studs, one of which had a noticeably yellow stone. After several attempts to resolve the issue, I was allowed to exchange them, only to receive another inferior pair. After receiving two garbage pairs of earrings, I just wanted my ring back. Walid assured me I was able to return the earrings for my diamond. Additionally, my original 1.56-carat diamond was removed from its setting, and I was later told it had “turned to dust” due to a chip—reducing its weight to 1.32 carats. This explanation is highly questionable, as diamonds do not simply disintegrate. Despite repeated attempts over the past two years to get a fair resolution, I have been ignored and lied to. I reached out multiple times through calls and messages, yet the owner, Walid, repeatedly failed to follow through on his promises. After finally reaching him the other day he assured me he would provide a better-quality pair of earrings. However, he never followed through AGAIN and has since ignored my calls. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I trusted this jeweler with a valuable piece, only to be given poor substitutes and misleading explanations. I would give them a negative star if I could , I came in and ordered a necklace for my boyfriend for his birthday . I expressed to the owner that I needed this necklace by Friday , it was Monday when I ordered the necklace . I called Friday at noon after not hearing from them . The owner then said the necklace would NOT Be ready until SATURDAY. I stressed to him that I have a flight FRIDAY , he then argued with me saying they were understaffed and no one was working & Told me he would refund me my money . When I went to get my refund , there were not only 1 but 3 people not including the owner who was smoking a cigar while speaking with a customer and Hiw Three staff members sitting around doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!’ Now here it is Friday afternoon Andy flight leaves in 3 hours with NO GIFT! This place is terrible, i would give it zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service and you can never get a hold of anyone when calling. When you finally get through to someone they tell you the person you want to talk with is busy and will call you back and never does. They tell you one thing when you place an order and they give you something else and tell you that you’re wrong about the item you discussed and had them order. The owner will try to “fix” the mistake and make it sound like he will take care of you and then completely forgets about you. Glad I didn’t spend a dime...
