I dropped my phone and broke it, As a Senior I'm not very computer literate and my wife called the Oak Ridge store and was told to come and they would help me so today (5 -3-22) I go to the O. R Store and went in, The guy Ennis (Business Specialist) asked what he could do when I told him what I was instructed to do. His response, We don't repair phones. When I told him again that I was told to bring it and they would help me with the claim he said they didn't repair phones again and the lady said she talked to my wife and that she in fact said she said for us to come over and they would help us. By now, I'm upset and start to leave and go try to find some store that will help me. Stay away from the Oak Ridge store unless you can speak with Lorrie, I think she's the manager of the store. Which I will drive back to Oak Ridge and talk to her in person when she gets...

I went here to check on switching my service to them and felt I was being deceived! Obviously the reps here have been trained to sell you the higher priced phones! I didn't even get asked about cheaper phones and when I asked about the cheaper Motorola phones they had on display I was told they didn't have the ones I asked about. Then when I asked why they're on display I was told they can't take them down until they know for sure they're not getting them. I told the rep this was false advertising! Then I asked about what phones they had available under $200 and was told they're was only one Samsung brand but yet I looked at the display and they're were several! When I brought this out she then says well I don't know about all the phones! I wished her a good day and left. I do not recommend this...

I just want to share how much a very outstanding store employee in this store has always went above and beyond with helping me on my US Cellular service. Alley Cagle, no matter what question or concern I have whether it be on a bill, a recent promotion or just troubleshooting my iPhone, has always been able to help me and answer my questions.
