The Westcott Center — Local services in Oak Ridge

They have a better generic international food selection then any other store in town. Great on seasoning selections. Prices are average for the area. Deli is nice but the bakeries bread isnt as good as the Food City in town. I like the butcher there because the cuts are like that of a more expensive place. The service of the employees is not a bad experience. Selection of Frozen items and produce is really nice. I shop at whatever store has what i need. So its not the only place i shop though its too expensive to shop there if it was the only place i went.

____The Required APP for sale prices Its just awful they require you to get an app on your phone for some sales.. The app has the right to complete access to your files and pictures as well as modify or delete them. Take pictures and video without notification with sound. Your location, access to your internet and home wifi networks. Access to your NFC . These kind of apps often are used to harvest data from the phone to sell . So they will make more money from harvesting customers data then they lose on those sales. Same thing with the store card but they arent guaranteed personal data with it like they are this app. . As a computer and licensed phone repair tech i recommend not to get this app on a device that has alot of personal data.

Salesmen jam up the walk ways to the entrances and greedily try to steal your attention and act like you are the rude one for ignoring them. No self awareness or consideration and zero ability to read the customers and know who to leave alone. I do not like to be approached by salesmen on my way into the store especially when I'm in a hurry. There should be a fire code violation put against the pet food business that not only blocked half the road with the van but completely jammed up the entrance walkway. They were extremely pushy and acted like they required EVERY single customers' undivided attention before allowing them to pass like some kind of toll troll. Do something about that property owners and managers. I'll shop elsewhere if it is like that...

I shop here all the time. I bring my aunt shopping here at least once a week. I can honestly say that we always have a wonderful experience here every time we go. They do pretty well at keeping the buggies stocked up front when you first walk into the store. Everyone is always very nice and very helpful. They always seem to be pretty busy, but every time we go to check out, it only takes a few minutes. A lot of their prices are higher than most other stores.
