I am not 12 leave a review but I showed up a couple of days after they opened. And went through the drive through with no issues. Last night I went through the drive through on the way home ordered my food.A double butter burger combo with a coke.I painted the drive through window.I was not given a receipt.I was given my coke told to pull forward. They had asked my name for the order and put the sticker on my window almost twenty minutes later.I got out of my car and found one of the employees that were bringing food to other cars behind me and asked where my order was.I was very angry and yielded them.I shouldn't have done that. But cars that were coming to the drive through behind me were getting their food orders and leaving, and i'm still sitting there. The manager come out told me.I had no right to yelled. The staff told me they were really busy and short staffed. It takes time to get the food order. He asked me if I had my receipt.I told him the girl at the window.Swipe, my deadbit card did not give me a receipt. He took the number off my door went back inside.Comes out a few minutes later with some kind of concrete mixer or ice cream crap, asking if that was my order.I told him what I ordered and how I ordered it.And then he went back inside. And another ten minutes later, he comes out and brings me what I ordered and an extra hamburger and fries for their mistake.Because they lost the order. Although what I originally ordered and told him what I ordered and how I ordered it was wrong. When I got home. I ended up eating it anyway, but I was very agitated. And aggravated, and yes, I shouldn't have yelled at the staff, but the employees bringing food out to the cars at the drive through window after you pull forward, seen me sitting there. And just kept walking back inside, no one ever walked up the check. And see what I ordered and how long I had been there until I got out and started yelling at them. So I will not go back to the Oak Ridge location ever again. I will, however, continue to visit the location in Knoxville, Tennessee, which I have never had an issue with. But Oak Ridge, the food was not very good. My order was wrong when I finally got it. And it took way too long to get it. Since they had lost it The order. And I don't think it's right for the manager to make excuses of their short staffed and really busy when people that are ordering behind me are getting their food and leaving. And i'm still waiting, they screwed up.And he tried to make excuses and told me to calm down.I had no...

I’m very happy that it seems like this location has started to hit its groove. Food is a bit slow to come out, but delicious; plus, the staff is nice and does a great job. Nevaeh and Zack helped me today, and I really enjoyed chatting with them as they ensured I got my order while they dealt with some tech issues! Great team, great food. I’m so glad I kept coming as this location figured things out. :)

It kind of breaks my heart to leave a negative review but I’ve been here almost a dozen times since opening and I have never once waited for fewer than 25 minutes, even when there was no line, nor have I EVER had my order come out completely right. Often I’ve been missing items, sometimes I’ve had the wrong toppings, often my ice cream has even brought out to me completely melted because it had been sitting for a while. I held off on writing this review because I do like the food but several weeks into opening they should have worked out the issues by now. I will revise this review if the service improves, but I’ve been looking forward to Culver’s opening for months and I’ve been very disappointed with the quality of service received. The staff is nice, but I wouldn’t come here unless you’re feeling patient and don’t mind waiting a long time for potentially...
Read moreHaving worked in customer service in one form or another for most of my life, I consider myself to be a pretty patient and understanding customer. I don't mind waiting - especially in the middle of the post church rush on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and especially when an establishment is new. However, after multiple cars behind us had gotten their meals and we hadn't we realized that something had gone wrong. My husband thought that maybe it was their ice cream machine not being able to keep up and, after all, we had nowhere to be. One paticular employee deserves a massive shout-out: Mico. He noticed that we had been sitting for awhile and came to check on us. After realizing that we had been accidently skipped, he immediately jumped into action. He took our order and made our order fresh. Not only did Mico make sure we were immediately helped, he also brought back two tokens good for a free scoop as an apology. Great service like what we recieved from Mico deserves a shout out all on its own - THANK YOU, MICO!!! Service like that rivals Chik-fil-A. It is refreshing to see it at another Oak Ridge establishment. We...
