Get better internet service!!! No signal in the store!! You’re an office store! You’re known for equipment services!! Triple paid for some documents that I was scanning, because I didn’t know if my documents were received. I was on a 1pm timer, for my documents to be sent and delivered. I couldn’t chance it. The system was spinning the entire time. Used both machines, hoping something goes through. Still nothing.
I told the associate who assisted me, about the service, and they stated; “the internet is bad in the store”. Had to run outside to grab a signal, to see if my documents went through, and they didn’t. Had to go back inside to do it again. Couldn’t leave cause I had to be back at work, by 1pm! Got in there 3 mins after 12, and I didn’t leave until 12:45pm!
I was on my lunch, and I spent my entire lunch, in Office Depot on something that normally takes 5-7minutes, that ended at 45 mins!!! I was going to go to FedEx in Lombard, where I normally go…..I was listening to my dad, who told me that Office Depot was closer to where I was located, at the time. Absolutely Ridiculous! Read moreBeen working on some save the date’s printing and looking into different businesses getting samples to pick from- and Onix has been the most helpful employee in the store. We went twice for the same thing and multiple times tried online and all other employees pointed to self service and would almost run away. Onix, understood exactly what was needed from first ask and stayed with us until we got our samples figured out. Gave us a prime example of helping a customer. Would give him 5 stars on how he handled everything and even helped us look for additional stationary. Would give him 5 stars and recommend Office Depot to begin training him as manager next. Another notable mention is Regina, she is full of knowledge and appreciate her candor just have to be patient to get to the answers needed. The rest of the employees although friendly only pointed to self service and this happened on both our visits, no follow ups and had to track people down once we realized we did not in fact need self service option. Read moreDecided to give this store a try again and when I first walked In give it grant a lady was there did not greet per usual I had to ask her can she assist me with doing chip bags because I normally go to another location where the ladies know me she said it will be a min because my hands are full… instead she called a guy buy the name of Dan and he ran up to the front literally to help me… I’ve had the biggest change of heart because his demeanor was so welcoming he had great customer service along with great conversation and just because of him I will only come to this location because he knows what it takes to treat people as if you would like to be treated and I just thank him for taking out the time to help me go through all the gloss paper I needed to get the perfect chip bag… thank you so much Dan people like you make the day...
