I don’t appreciate the lack of communication and professionalism. I have to stay here for a while, and don’t like how I overhear staff making comments about the guests, their needs, and their room number. This took place when I renewed my room at the front desk, so I was not trying eavesdrop. Secondly, I don’t appreciate how there was no clarity about the fines for needing another room key, when I checked in. I signed a document contract that did not include that information. If a person has a lot going on, and forget their key, it shouldn’t be a $10 fine for re~entry, and $10 for a new key. Also, when I called the number to get let into my room, the voicemail was full, which was very disappointing and frustrating. Also, guests who renew should know in advance there is a $30 late fee for renewing stay after a certain time. Additionally, I was notified that my room was “unreasonably messy” via written note slipped underneath my door. It indicated I will not be allowed to stay. I was told that I would have an “inspection soon” but have not received information since then. I don’t appreciate the shady communication pattern about something very important to me right now. Management should be able to directly communicate specific room concerns, and the timeline for an “inspection.” Several days have passed without a follow up from management. About three weeks ago, I received a notice that my rate will increase by $20. There was no reasoning for the increase. Later that day, a housekeeping staff retrieved the notice from me stating it was meant for someone else. When I first got here, I had to choose between a room that smelled like cigarette smoke or straight up piss. I had use several sprays and cleaning products to clear the air. Additionally, the management acted as if cleaning the nasty massive amounts of dirt and dust from my vent, was a problem. There was never an apology or explanation. Considering how they advertise triple cleaning checks, I should expect better (photo included). All in all, I just want to have professional and positive interactions with staff. I don’t appreciate how I had an “overwhelming” argument with management when I asked about the pricing policies. He tried to intimidate me with his rude speech, and made the comment “just give me my money.” It’s 2023, and the bullcrap is not acceptable and I expect better.

Booked on-line, site said I was getting a upgraded premium room with 2 queen beds and new appliances.. that statement couldn't be any more false.. For 500$ a week your getting what you pay for.. the man who works the front desk is a pleasure to speak with, my nephew accidentally broke a phosphorus light bulb that illuminates the front desk in the lobby.. he was very professional and understanding, there is definitely a mixture of people who seem to be honest working people who need a roof over their head and a place to eat and sleep, then there is some that seem to be struggling with life's problems 😳😳🥴😵‍💫🧐😶‍🌫️ some odd folks are occasionally engaging in negative activities.

When arriving was greeted. They answered all of our questions. We got a room with a little kitchenette. The room is up to date, spacious, just renovated, very clean. No pots n pans or personal kitchen utensils, but the dollar store is right down the street. Very affordable, quiet, and clean hallways. Laundry on-site, you can use your phone to monitor the washer and dryer very nice feature. Management is on top of everything here. You can tell by the 1st night.

This morning the housekeeping staff tried to enter my room when I was in the shower. When I heard the noises at the door, I stepped out the shower to see the door slightly open due to her trying to entered while I was in the shower. I explained I couldn’t open the door because I was in the shower. Moment later the manager came back demanding I open the door. I had just gotten out the shower, and was so confused as to why they were trying to enter my room, when they could hear the shower running from the hallway. I’m harassed by this staff. The manager stated that I needed to make myself ready to open the door, or he was going to come in. I explained again that I was not dressed. He then opened the door which was still latched. I was so overwhelmed that I called the police. The police stated it was customer service issue. I explained that I didn’t feel safe with people trying to enter the room when I was undressed, and needed to time to dry off from the shower. The manager stated in front of the police that I won’t be able to renew. Then he returned after the police left with a paper he wanted to give me. Since I took the paper with no response to him, he stated “just for that, you won’t get to renew this Saturday.” I thought he made that declaration when the police was present. He was obviously picking a fight. The manager’s energy is strange…I’m not sure why he and his staff are so focused on having time in my room when I am not dressed. It was around 11 am when this situation took place, so it is not clear why they couldn’t have waited until later in the afternoon to address my room. Also, I shouldn’t have to call the police because staff is trying to enter the room when it is obvious that I am not dressed, and after I have verbally indicated to that fact. On yesterday I wrote a review addressing the unprofessional behavior of the staff, so I am sure this is retaliation to my post from yesterday. For the record, I STILL do not know why the manager was knocking at my door. I guess he really needed...

If it was a zero rating I would rate below that. I never been in a hotel where the staff curse you out, I've seen one of them curse one of the guess their and curse me out over a parking space because I couldn't get in my truck. I stayed there 4 months and got housekeeping service three times. The manger had a nerve to charge my daughter for a lost key. A cigarette burn make on the shower wall and the room smelled like fresh cigarette smoke when we checked in. Then try to patronize you. I will be reporting this to the Vice President of this company that I found on linked in. Before this staff was there the other staff was 100% better in 2014 , I stayed about a month. All of us staying there together is paying for the upkeep and their salaries but being rude and nasty towards the guess is no way hospitality. Worst experience in my life. Well if you had had room service as stated in your contract then garbage would not be dumbed in the hallway, also since I had to service my own room and got hurt because you breach your own contract then that would be a liability on this business. Your contract didn't say all house keeping would be missed only it may be missed. And since I have been paying for that room by the week nobody serviced my room so that payment includes housekeeping service and I only got it 3 times, you are in serious breech of the contract.

What your staff say, I really don't care about made up stories yes , I couldn't get in and I had to go to work and my door was blocked by your staff. Your staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards the guess, and that is what comes down too. I'm not the only one in giving bad ratings and referring to your staff members. I can show this with other guests in this rating to your...
