I've gotten a handful of massages now from Sequoia and each time I kept hoping it would get better next time or that maybe a different masseuse would be better.

But unfortunately, it seems like a lot of your masseuses don't understand basic massage etiquette. Every single time I've been there they have left the door open, which is not only cold but also uncomfortable and takes away from a soothing experience when you can hear so much noise and foot traffic outside the room. Two different times the masseuse answered her phone in the middle of my massage.
