Mercy Vintage is next door to the theater on Piedmont, in Oakland. This is not a thrift store, it is a high-end vintage consignment shop. They also sell their clothing, jewelry, handbags, and shoes online. If you know someone that is in inventory coordinator and sales support—they are looking to hire someone. I love their ambience! They have intertwined beautiful plants throughout their shop with an interesting arrangement of clothing and accessories from the past. Ambiance*

Be forewarned, this is not a thrift store. There are some excellent deals here. If you know your brands, you can shop thrift stores and put them on consignment or sell them here at Mercy vintage. So, if you are crafty, you can make money here! Cost*

I rarely leave reviews but Mercy and Karen are 2 of my obsessions, I shop vintage all over the world and having Mercy in our backyard is a treasure trove! Karen’s eye for picking only the best and being able to offer luxury, vintage finds at affordable prices is unparalleled. There is not a vintage shop anywhere else in the state, NY, or abroad that I’ve ever come across that matches such an amazing selection with price points so good. I was shocked that Mercy doesn’t have 5 stars!! So I am chiming in. This place is so cool.Everythings hand picked and in great condition. besides the unique items I love their amazing flower arangements.They use wild flowers instead of a florists.Theyve got gucci wallpaper in the dressing room and beautiful dresses ,shoes,jewlry etc. They are known for vintage designer clothing but its affordable.They have some mens clothing ,the type you'd want your guy to wear. They buy from the public.
