Giant Burgers — Restaurant in Oakland

Was 1/4 pound talking about the patty or the Mayonnaise? It was hard for me to tell. I looked like I was the recipient of a burgerkake event by the end of it. Order Could've included a lifeguard on the side for all the mayo I was swimming through. I don't like to be harsh and I want to support this business. Overall it was a really good meal, location and vintage feel of the place was heartwarming and comforting. Ingredients were quality for the most part. I don't eat burgers often so usually prefer it to be an exceptional experience. I couldn't get passed the excessive mayo that lubricated and coated my whole throat and insides. Otherwise a pretty standard experience. *Ordered April 15th...

WARNING: THIS PLACE IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. (They were nice but they DO NOT understand how to run a restaurant and cook their food properly or take customer orders correctly.)

Ordered a corndog and it came out STILL PARTIALLY FROZEN and with raw batter underneath the fried exterior. Ordered a cheese burger with lettuce and nothing else and especially NO TOMATO because of allergies. It came out with everything on it. And when returned to the kitchen they had simply removed the tomato and scraped the mustard and ketchup off and served back with obvious flecks of ketchup still on it. Had to be returned TWICE.

THEY HAD TO HAVE THE CONCEPT OF ALLERGIES EXPLAINED TO THEM....

They are not consistent in their cooking one day you can get a burger that's absolutely great and then you get a burger the next day and it's horrible........ I am updating my review of giant burger at 4215 MacArthur Street. On September 5 - 2017 I had the best burger ever at this giant burger fast food and I have been coming here for three and a half years. In the last 7 months there has been a new ownership and they have stepped up their game they are putting out consistent Burgers everyday and every night 7 days a week if you're looking for an inexpensive great burger this is a place to come to Giant Burger 4215...
