Went in there to get my sound fixed because I blew the speakers. My budget was pretty low $200 so I didn’t know what to expect. I knew Ray would take care of me because he was honest and helpful in the past. Thank God they offer credit options and I literally got exactly what I wanted. What sets this shop aside from others; (customer service, products, pricing and credit options). I drove all the way from the Central Valley because I wanted an experience and that’s exactly what you get at HiFi. I had my beautiful miniature Malti poo with me and one of the workers came out with a water bowl for my fur baby. Definitely giving them all my business forever and referring all my friends here. Hey - I had another business do my car stereo and they had high ratings on another website (rhymes with “help”.) the owner of that business was nice but…Oakland hi fi is the place I went to first. Ray is the most professional and courteous guy around and he runs a tight ship! In by 2:30 and full installation by 4:30, no haggling over time, extra parts, and the like as there was with it other installer, no technical problems, no follow up, drove out of there and it works like a dream. Plus he has a real shop, a real garage and custom quality installation. He even drove me to a coffee shop with WiFi to wait for the install and picked me up. Not only did they take great care of my music setup, but they also handled my tinted windows. The service was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations.
