After over 13 years of loyal business, we’ve decided to never set foot in this restaurant again—and we want people to know why.

The place has gone downhill. The floors are greasy and clearly never cleaned. The surrounding area is unsafe, with prostitutes openly working the same corner this restaurant sits on. Still, we looked past it. Why? Because the servers treated us well, and we believed in supporting a place we had history with.

But today crossed the line.

There was a discrepancy with a menu item—something that could’ve been easily discussed. The male co-owner, who we’ve always respected, wasn’t there. Instead, we dealt with the female co-owner, who treated us with complete disrespect. She spoke to us like we were beneath her. Rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional.

We were shocked. After all these years, to be talked down to and belittled like that? It was insulting. Humiliating. Absolutely unacceptable.

We’re done. This restaurant doesn’t deserve our business, and based on how we were treated, they don’t deserve yours either. We will never recommend this place again.

El lugar se ha venido abajo. El piso está grasoso, sucio, y claramente no lo limpian. La zona donde está ubicado el restaurante es peligrosa, con prostitutas trabajando abiertamente en la misma esquina. ¿Nos importó? No. Porque el servicio de los meseros siempre fue excelente y por eso seguíamos viniendo.

Pero lo que pasó hoy fue inaceptable.

Tuvimos una duda sobre un plato del menú—algo sencillo de aclarar. El copropietario (hombre), con quien siempre tuvimos buena relación, no estaba presente. En su lugar, nos atendió la copropietaria (mujer), quien nos trató con una falta total de respeto. Nos habló como si fuéramos menos, con una actitud grosera, altanera y cero profesional.

Nos quedamos en shock. Después de tantos años, recibir ese trato fue humillante, ofensivo y totalmente fuera de lugar.

Se acabó. Este restaurante no merece nuestro dinero, ni nuestra lealtad. Y por la forma en que nos trataron, tampoco merece la tuya. No lo...

Ok so this was my first time ordering at this place, I was going to order at El cuatro caminos a Caldo de pollo but they decided to close with no previous notice terrible customer care not even on their phones leave a message anyhow it ended up being way better the Caldo was so delicious the rice like home made and I use to think cuatro caminos was good lol no comparison this is like rancho food the waitress was very polite and serve my order go perfectly. The down sides of this place is 1. is though to find a parking and 2. I wish the restaurant was better looking cause it looks old and tacky. Food...

The meat in the burrito was a huge problem. I ordered a veggie burrito due to dietary restrictions, but after a few bites, I realized I was chewing on meat. I felt sick just thinking about it—what if it was pork? When I called for a refund, they said I had to bring the burrito back. Who has time for that?

On top of that, my friend’s order wasn’t even made because they claimed her payment didn’t go through, even though she paid over the phone. Instead of fixing it, they just kept questioning her.
