The overall worst consumer experience I have had. We first stopped and spoke to the manager, Luke, who was amazing and explained everything in detail. My fiancĂ© and I asked several questions in regards to the products, recommendations, pricing, etc. However, chose not to purchase that day as they were minutes from closing. We returned that weekend 4 days later, and again, asked the woman working all of these questions again. We were prepared to pay cash, but as we were working on building our credit which we have invested much time and energy into building over the past two years opted to see about the financing since our purchase met and exceeded the required amounts. We ended up financing $1700 of $4,866.35 bed which was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. After paying $3,165.35 in cash and she told us delivery was no longer available 8-24-21 and wouldnât come until 8-28-21. Due to the current climate in the retail world, I remained polite and thanked the sales representative and was completely understanding of the situation. However, right before closing (8pm), we were contacted by the same representative at another location, who notified us they would not be able to guarantee delivery on this date either. When we went into the store that weekend, we encountered the same representative who assured us we would get it that week and educated us on price matching, as I had read online about the 24 month price match program. The following day I sent in the requested information regarding the price match and have yet to this day, received a response or price match for my product. The delays and inconvenience went on for over 3 weeks before we received our product. We finally received our bed on 9-18-2021, the following day I received a credit alert that my credit score had dropped 74 points, I immediately made the first months payment in a panic. For the next week, my credit score continued to drop over 146 points. Each day, I made a payment equal to 3-5 times the âmonthly payment.â So much so, that I overpaid in the amount of $375.00 within the first month of receiving the product. Yet, my credit score is still 138 points below what I went in there with all because of this interaction. I would not recommend anyone use this location, company, or any of their âpromotional offersâ they advertise. I didn't wanna spend an arm and a leg but I wanted quality to make sure it last til he's moving on to college đđ Charles and shea didn't not disappoint! From the moment we walk through those doors we were immediately greeted with two warm hellos. From point A to point B never did I feel like I was apart of a sales pitch. They genuinely and honestly only cared about make sure my boy was taken care of for the next ten years. I needed some more time to decide, and went to the Oakmont store a few days later, since I was in the area. Alesha assisted me here, and helped me complete the financing application for completing the purchase. Alesha was very thorough and friendly when discussing everything. She was also very helpful in following up for getting a replacement foundation 2 days after the original one had been delivered with some damage.
