Like many claimed, customer service is the worst. We ordered a table and 3 months later it never came. Not once in that 3 months did the owner ever call us to give us any updates or reason for the delay. We had to initiate ALL the contacts. All we heard were excuses: "he went on vacation with his family." "He has a bad back..." All we got were constant broken promises for delivery. We finally had to ask for our deposit back. I have the feeling had we never called, he would have just kept our deposit and we would never have heard from him again.
Rebuttal: Interesting how now the excuse is that the custom built takes time when for the last 2 months we've been told the table was done, but he couldn't get the guy to deliver and over the phone the owner said to me, "I"m sick of him, just sick of him." He could have gone to pick up the table himself, but apparently his customers and his business aren't important...
Read moreOrdered a dining room set April 1st and paid in full, I think he only called to update me once maybe twice since the purchase. Otherwise, I had to call every few weeks. Claims he finally received the table in the store around 2 months ago. I was told at least 4 times that it would be delivered that week. Gave me a laundry list of excuses including "the truck got into an accident during delivery" (still not sure if that was legit but there was a pic and I gave him the benefit of the doubt). Now over 7 months after purchase he won't respond to my phone calls or voicemails. I hate to write a review like this, especially for a small business, but I have been nothing but patient and understanding. Looking back I probably should have put my foot down earlier. It's possible that he is out of business...
Read moreThis company is the best. My family has been going here for years to get all of our furniture for the house. We've purchased two beautiful cabinets, a tv stand, rocking chairs, dining table and chairs and several end table pieces.
Each time, Walt has been extremely helpful and personable. He helped us with our decisions for sizes and delivery times and said if we weren't happy with the product, just let him know and he'd replace it.
We weren't quite happy with our large dining room table (there was a knot in an odd place on the table) so he replaced it at no additional charge to us.
We're so happy we found this store and we will continue going here as long as...
