This has been my tea place for a while now and i wish i found it sooner. We found it after being too disappointed with King Kong Tea to return (drinks tastes like they’re made with powder and the cashiers were too lazy to get us water and claimed they don’t have any water although i saw some in the display case…).
I normally get the thai tea here and my boyfriend gets the oolong and they are both so good! i want to try more teas but i can’t bring myself to betray the thai tea. the boba is also very good! we like to get nutella fish cakes or fries. both are delicious! the fries are nice and crispy and have an herb and salt on them and come with ketchup and a toothpick so you don’t have to use your fingers.
this location can be a bit understaffed it seems, but that doesn’t stop them from providing the best service they can. I never got her name, but one of the ladies who i normally see there is super nice and even knows my drink order without me specifying it anymore.
It is not a very loud atmosphere, good for anyone looking to study and have a...
Read moreVisited this place as it was local while out running some errands. I haven't noticed many tea shops and thought I would stop in. I decided on trying the Taro Milk Tea Slushy. I love the tapioca as it added a different layer of sweetness being combined with brown sugar, as I've noticed most places do not have this inclusively with the tapioca unless it's a specialty drink. The lady who was working was very kind and helpful. The only thing I would have changed about my drink (solely an individual preference) is I would have ordered it with 50-75% sweetness to match the already sweetened tapioca.
I would definitely return in the future and hope that this place will have...
Read moreI haven’t been to a milk tea spot in months. I was so happy to find this hidden gem in my travels. If you’re not paying attention, you may miss it. Upon entry, the counter clerk greeted us. I knew exactly what I wanted. A taro milk tea, no ice but plenty of tapioca pearls! I’m always nervous when trying a new tea spot. The server was super sweet though. In a few moments my drink was ready. And then came the moment of truth. The first sip. It was awesome! Not sugary and I could actually enjoy the melody of the flavors. Simply splendid! I love this place & so glad I decided to stop in. When in Oakwood this is a must...
