The food was pretty good but the dissatisfaction comes from the lack of order taking knowledge. We were over charged. The front counter person changed us $14.99+3.99 for fries and the meal should have came with fries already. The ONE meal came up to 20+ with tax! There was clearly a language barrier because we asked about this at least 3 times and it wasn’t until we left and I looked online to see that the hamburguesa con carne meal price was $14.99. It gives the option to choose a side of fries to go with it at no $3.99 up charge online. The cook didn’t even know what came with what or what the specific meat was showing on the menu in English. The prices are ridiculous and the drinks are $4. The cook was very unfriendly to be in the front house working. We weren’t greeted when we walked in or anything. The poor girl taking the order in the front couldn’t make one full English sentence which is why we were over charged. I wish I would’ve got a pic of the fries. We had to come home and cook them because they were literally raw and maybe 8-10 fries total for a $3.99 side order of fries....

I ordered the patacones with sweet plantain and shredded beef, it was good. But huge! My husband ordered 2 beef arepas the beef was slightly hard and chewy. they both came with fried cheese that they asked if we wanted. They were huge also. We both shared our meals half and half to try them both. The portions are huge and pretty pricey also. They don't offer fountain drinks just sodas at around $2.50 each but the coke products are different prices cause I tried to get fanta thinking they are all the same price but aren't. So you have to specify which drink you are getting. They are about to start selling home pastries and bread also. The place could use some TVs and stuff to liven up the atmosphere. Just had music on. The best Venezuelan hamburger that I have ate here in Georgia. The attention was good, but I don’t know wait I have to wait at least an hour or more to get my food ready. The place needs to improve and better distribute, we have to change our order to go because it wasn’t place to eat in. Better furniture please, this is Georgia we are not in Maracaibo. Price is high in comparison with other places in the market. Don’t have refill for your drink and is also expensive, around 4 bucks for a Nestea (without refill?
