Sandcastle Putt Club — Local services in Ocean City

First off, $28 for two people is outrageously expensive, especially in this economy. Next the course unprepared and extremely difficult especially for a young child (coming from a mini golf enthusiast). Then, my best buddy sees us playing and we tell come join us, but we said don’t pay just spectate us. He spoke and she said “ok, just don’t play”, and right while I was checking my phone I handed my putter to him and she came right behind us and said he’s you’re gonna have to to pay if you want to play. We followed by saying it was the one time and he wasn’t even playing and she said that that’s not how it works, which doesn’t make sense. And to round it all up on the last hole where you have to make it in the +4,+3,+2 ,or the free game I hit it in the free game and I pointed the camera saying there is a camera. I run to the front desk and say I won a free game, she says no you did not. I said yes I did. She says the lights and speakers would’ve went off. But I know Jesus saw it I exclaimed to her as I walked away. All in all, ruined my entire evening...

pros: 1.the decor😍--beautiful little cupcake of a putt course. Lots of very cute and clever fiberglass sculptures everywhere. I appreciate that it's Ocean City themed with references to other local business, (as opposed to another 'Pirate cove') Super clean and pristine course and bathroom. (it's a brand new course!). they offer lots of snacks, particularly cold and sweet items.

Cons: a little pricey-$14 each per game for adults. the course design is kinda 'basic' A high number of holes had no unique, surprising or challenging designs.

Overall- worth another visit because of how damn cute it is, but the price and rather plain putting designs won't make it a...

So happy we found out about this place from seeing a photo on the slideshow at Uncle Bills. This is a hidden gem!! THE BEST and cutest putt putt place around! It so clean, and ran by the sweetest family. They also have food and ice cream right there. This place should definitely have 5 stars and I can’t recommend it enough!
