I am a fan of Wawa, and this little Wawa on 34th Street is on my route home from work, so I stop in here very often. The associates at this location are friendly. I love the variety of food options that Wawa provides at relatively affordable costs, and particularly enjoy customizing my food orders via the pin pad. Herein lies the main problem that I have with this particular Wawa - the food orders that I put into the pin pad rarely materialize in the way that I order them. Bluntly put, they get my orders partly wrong 60 to 70% of the time. How frustrating it is to get home and realize that it happened AGAIN. I partially solved the problem for myself at this location by normally purchasing food (like salad and wraps) that is not put together in the store, or by getting hotdogs. Today I took a gamble and ordered a basic tuna hoagie, and it was made correctly to my order - yay! The thing is, I really do love Wawa food, so I'll return again and again, even to this location:) UPDATE as of 1/22/20: Ordered a bowl with chicken strips, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. On a whim, I ordered bacon in the mix as well. When I went to pick my order up after paying for it, I looked in the bowl and did not see any bacon. I asked the young man if there was any bacon in the bowl, and he assured me that there was. I got home, opened my meal, and discovered, to my disappointment, that there was no bacon. I have had it with this location, and will not be shopping here in the future. Customers beware - associates at this location...
Read moreWent here for breakfast and it was a horrible decision. I ordered a breakfast fajita veggie quesadilla and my husband ordered a breakfast burrito. The girls started making my quesadilla and I saw that it was burnt and they were laughing while cutting it and then she told me she would remake it and that she was sorry. OK I appreciated that.. the we paid for sour cream which apparently they didnt have so now what we paid for it and just now have to eat the cost of the sour cream ? Not even going to offer something to make up the difference? Then we leave and we have spinach all in our food and nothing what we ordered.. so now we wasted money on top of rewards we saved for this. The best thing about the experience was the nice lady at the checkout counter.. what ashame. I have pictures but it won't let me...
Read moreWent to wawa tonight and my boyfriend ordered a personal pizza, he payed extra for chicken and buffalo sauce. After already paying, we were informed that they were out of chicken, which was no problem. We get the pizza, and it is just completely wrong. We go back inside and ask her if she could kindly just remake it, seeing that there was no other people waiting for an order and he had already payed extra for a pizza he wasn’t even going to be getting. She refused then proceeded to give attitude that was not necessary for such an easy mistake that was her fault. All she would do was put hot honey on the pizza, which was not apart of the original order, so we left. Getting the order wrong was not a big deal, but carelessly making all of the food and then being severely rude when someone notices...
