We ordered delivery from Randazzo's on the last day of our beach trip and it did not disappoint! The young lady who answered the phone when I called to place my order was friendly, provided recommendations, and was very cheerful. The pizza was phenomenal, especially considering it was delivered and not eaten fresh at the restaurant. Crust wasn't soggy, toppings were fresh and tasty. The garlic knots (recommended by the woman on the phone) were delicious, and the marinara dipping sauce was clearly homemade. When I placed the order, I asked for a second order of garlic knots and requested a second side of marinara. I guess they charge for marinara, because I was told that it's a large portion and I would likely be fine with one order of sauce for two orders of knots. I decided to trust her and hoped she was a big dipper, like I am! Well, the food arrived promptly and there were two sides of marinara in the bag. A note on the lid of one of them said "Extra sauce at no charge, Enjoy! :) " If that's not quality customer service, I don't know what is! The only complaint I have is that there's no Randazzo's where I live in...

We asked the young lady working how it worked and we were told to order and they bring it out. Expect to get your own plastic silverware, get your food in a plastic tub and get your own drink from the cooler. The pasta came out well before the pizza. I am not sure how they get their descriptions but, not 1 jumbo lump piece of crab. A little shredded crab, and 5 shrimp, tails on and over cooked mind you in pasta sauce. The picture was blurry, but take my word for it. Not worth what I am guessing was a $35 plate. Not worth $10. And flavor was bland. Pizza was definitely better. But a $30 pie better be good. But, I gave them a $10 tip and still had to go get my own to go pizza box and no one bothered to ask if it was good. Garlic knots served cold so we asked to get them warmed up. And still only mediocre flavor. I won't go back if there again. Sorry for the blurry pics, but you still get the point. Got 2 stars from the pizza....
Read moreCOVID process needs improvement. Ordered via phone, showed up at 20 minute mark as told, paid, received part of order, pizza wasn't ready so told to wait outside. After an additional 19 minutes, on my own initiative, I asked whether I should be concerned. Turns out they gave my pizza away. No discount provided for inconvenience. Process needs improvement - don't give customers part of a hot order and tell them to wait, give them a full order hot when ready. When an order is full ready, create an exchange - customer gives receipt and vendor provides product. Greeter outside doesn't keep menus at the ready and has to go inside each time a new customer shows up and wants to order something. Ordering process is limited to one person per party in store yet ~50% of multiple person parties ignored the requirement. Nothing out front to indicate order by slice not available - customers waited in line to find out at the...
