Just Don't. I gave first day employee Justin over a hundred bucks for a screen replacement that was supposed to take a couple of hours. It took 3 days and I had to finish the job myself so I could take it home instead of waiting yet another day. The guy didn't have the basic tools (torx 8) needed for the repair (Walmart did, I do), he called me on the phone he was working on instead of my mom's phone # I left him, lost the brand new stylus that goes in my phone and now my fingerprint scanner no longer works. He lost his temper when I insisted I was positive he lost the stylus, he tried to say I tried to pry the back off with my fingernail because he didn't glue it together properly. He tried to tell me that I made him give the stylus to me when I asked for my Sim card (since it would be Monday before he could get it done) until I told him to check his security cameras as proof & found out he couldn't access the video. I was told only his cousin Tommy could see the video. I was overly patient with the guy and tried to give him the benefit of doubt since it was his first week on the job. I paid up front and a week in advance so I was invested. I didn't even realize the fingerprint scanner was no longer operational until the next day when the glue finally set & I put in my Sim card. The screen looks great but the experience was very unprofessional, overpriced & I cannot in good conscience recommend this place since the new management has taken over. Read moreMy battery was failing and gave a notice and 78% percent of life left. I paid to have a battery and charging port fixed at $160.00. When I picked it up, the screen was broken. They told me it was already broken. I told them it had a hairline crack but was still functioning properly when dropped off. Then they said that it can break when you remove the screen for a battery repair and told me they would install a new screen for $50 (normally $90 they said). I agreed and left the phone a second time. With tax about $220 total for an iphone SE.
When I picked it up, the battery had the same warning as before with the same exact 78% percent of life left. They said give it 24 hours to cycle.
This was a Friday. My phone continued to die every couple of hours all weekend, plus the new screen (which has a blueish / grey color - not good quality color) started to glitch when I would touch it.
On the following Monday I brought it back for a refund and got the run-around. I was told that it was a new battery for sure but they would change it again. The man said if HE would have fixed it there would be no problem. I said I no longer trust this company to get it right. When I demanded my refund, he said he was just an employee and would put my old parts back in and then refund if I would leave it, but could not produce my old parts.
We settled on a $130 refund however, it's been 24 hours and it has not registered in my account.

Read moreTook my phone in for a shattered back glass and this guy at the counter took my phone apart and started switching parts around with a phone back that had water damage (that restarted every couple of min) I didn’t know anything so I let him work his “magic”. At the end of the day he ended up just replacing the back glass like I came in for. Upon leaving the store(a little pass their closing g time) my phone started rebooting every 4 min like clock work. Took it back the next day after work and gave him a day and a half to fix the problem. He didn’t do anything but BUST THE GLASS HE PUT ON and tried not to give us a full refund on the services, he told ME to go buy a new phone when he should have been the one buying a new phone for me because my iPhone was charging and operating FULLY AND FUNCTIONALLY before bringing it here. But after going back and forth with him on the fact that he went WAY out of the scope of the services I asked for he finally gave a full refund on the services so I would get out of the sore and leaving me $300 out of pocket for a whole phone that I can not use or transfer my data from anymore! DO NOT GO HERE!!! DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING THAT HES DOING AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MESS UP YOUR ELECTRONICS AND NOT TRY TO MAKE IT...
