My husband and I finally decided to try take out from Lost Pizza Co for my birthday. We spent OVER $70. I ordered the fried ravioli for $5.99. The website didn’t not indicate a quantity. It was SIX. $1 per fried ravioli. On top of that, they were small and drastically over cooked. They were hard to bite into. We threw most of them away. I also ordered cheese sticks. At any restaurant when you order cheese sticks, it’s fried mozzarella. Not here. Neh neh. It was cheesy bread. The word bread was nowhere in the description, even though the garlic bread specifically said “bread.” Then the pizza…. We did the build your own. The extra toppings were not cheap guys. But there were barely any toppings! I paid an extra $3.50 to add meatballs. I got the equivalent of 3 crumbled up meatballs on a LARGE pizza. It’s outrageous to charge that much for toppings and then be stingy with them. I got the thin crust which was chewy. No crunch at all. Even my husband’s pizza was sparsely decorated. Looked like he had more but he ordered 5 toppings. We also got the cheesecake dessert pizza. Same price as an actual pizza but thin slices of dough with drizzles of toppings. It tasted good, but not worth what’s charged for it. To top it off, the app advertised curb side pick up. When my husband called upon arriving, he was rudely informed “we don’t do that.” Once inside he was prompted with a receipt (even though I paid online) where he was told he could add a tip. For what? We didn’t dine in. It’s rude to solicit tips. As far as I’m concerned, Lost Pizza Co can stay lost. Not worth what we...
Read morePlaced on order at 11:38am today for a Massive Kujo and small cheese pizza. The kujo arrived roughly around 12:10. After 3 check ins, and the family had already finished the kujo, my 4 yr olds small cheese pizza showed up at 12:33pm.
I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because this is typically my favorite pizza spot!!! But after today the customer service was less than acceptable. The kujo was dropped off and was told the cheese was coming. After a check in, the cheese pizza was never even prepared, the server had to ask for one while I was standing there. Still waiting on the cheese had to go back a 3rd time to find out the cheese was sitting there, this time a male responded and was told “We were confused. We thought you wanted a pepperoni.”
Never offered anything besides a to go box for the inconvenience. Big miss this time Lost Pizza Ocean Springs. Please do better. We tried to make the grandparents visit an enjoyable experience…...
Read moreThey claim to be the best pizza in Ms. I ordered a thin crush large Pepperoni for pick-up. I got home with the pizza ,,,, it was thick crust and edible.. $15.00 poorly spent. Crust ho hummm , cheese sparse, pepperoni Few and far between, sauce ,,, okay. Definitely not the best pizza in Mississippi. If you want the best, go to Toms in OS or go to Brooklyn in Gulfport.
Came back the next day because they had tamales ( Ms Delta style ) on the menu. The Tamales are good but they are way over priced. 6 little tamales for $9.00. ??? I know a place in the Delta you can get them this good for .50 cents each. Doris in D’Iberville can beat them at their tamale game any day. Burrito zone has the best tamales around. Lost Pizza are pretty good flavor wise but the portion size and price is not a good value. I have to say one thing,,, the lost pizza brand hot sauce...
