Whataburger — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

I was planning on coming home and giving a decent review granted what happened but my food is hard as a rock so here you go, my honest opinion.

This store is ran by managers who are incapable handling a runny nose more less running a shift. For starters if you want to eat here make sure you prepare for the length of time it takes for a sit down meal at a dining restaurant. This going through the drive through took nearly 35-40 minutes for the entire process from order to leaving with my food.

So granted I see there were cars before me but it's the fact cars were leaving before me that ordered after. I only had a few items all of which shouldn't have amassed a length of a visit this long.

Instead of acknowledging the amount of time it took, which I understand they probably didn't want to address that, I was just handed my food, cool, right? No, wrong, brought the food home right down the road, the stuff is hard, poorly put together, if I'm waiting that long for our food I would expect that it was mindfully put together not sloppily worked and wrapped. The burrito was that of eating a stale and hard tortilla chip.

Not going to lie this was a very very poor experience. They need to get it together at this establishment, it's genuinely bad, and if management thinks their SoS time is anywhere near appropriate then they have a problem. There's a story to each problem it's up to the GM and the owner to address their pain points, right now this store is not right, they might be making money but the quality of the food they are producing is inadequate of the time it takes to receive the food.

There's a whole full cycle house cleaning that needs to happen because it just seems like disorganized chaos and the ones that are paying the price are those wishing to eat at the establishment. I hope this puts some idea into what this store is lacking in service, discipline, and food quality. This place needs a turnaround. It was a cool dark night and I was in the back seat with my girl friend driving and another man in the passenger seat. I had been drinking extensively so much so that I was to the point of trying to predict the future of the stock market based on purchases I endowed earlier in the day. I bought enough chick-elob ultra that Amwiser-Bush should have a strong week (time to invest). But back to the drive thru. We were all ordering what made America great the first time, the patty melt. So I tried to tell my girlfriend what I wanted but I must have been hard to understand because of all the math formulas bouncing around in my head. I did figure out the speed of light formula while I was watching the oncoming traffics’ headlights approaching. Thankfully I was not launched in to space since I wasn’t driving. So my peers ordered patty melts with mushrooms, which I declined because I’m a republican. The bag landed in the back seat so I was in the ready to smash position. I unraveled the sweet surprise and let it run down my face onto my shirt. But no there was a problem. It did have the mushrooms, and all of the sudden THE LIGHTS IN THE CAR SHINE BRIGHT IN THE BACK SEAT! And a pair of angry faces began yelling, insults slewing from thy mouths. I continued to send it down my esophagus while laughing uncontrollably. Would permit 6 starts but I can only do 5....

I ordered my food online so it would be ready when I got there . The food was supposed to be ready between 3:56 & 3:59 am I didn't leave my house until about 4:10 because I am familiar with this location and I know how things go. The food was still not ready when I got there . I sat down to wait didn't really pay attention to how long it had been but it was quite a few minutes before the girl came out and told me and another guy she was waiting on the fries for our orders, I had gotten a number 2 and some breakfast sandwiches. So I waited for quite a while longer, they gave me our drink cups so I filled them up and the food was brought out. Took the food home and my husband was pissed as he had called me on my way home and told me it had been almost an hour since I left took him his food , his sandwich and FRIES were cold ! I opened my egg sandwich and the sandwich was pitiful looking, put it back together and damn near couldn't bite through the egg . The bite I did take I spit back out it was hard and crusty. So I moved on to my breakfast burger had the exact same problem with the egg on that sandwich as well . So I didn't even get to eat my food . Now mind you I only live maybe 10 minutes from there so this was utterly ridiculous. And for the $24 dollars that I spent I got to...
