I'm a regular customer who comes every week. I've expressed concern to an employee about the meats. For the past 2 months I've bought Milanesa de res and every single time I've gotten the meat its been extremely dry. You can see the meat has rough crusty edges and starts going inside the middle of the meat. The employee told me the store manager would reach out to me and never did. I left my phone number and never got a call. This time aside from the meat being crusty I found 2 bugs inside my meat. I'm only giving 2 stars because I love my tortillas from here since they're fresh but I don't recommend buying your meats from here. They don't serve fresh quality meats any more. You can clearly tell from looking through the glass that the meats aren't good. Also keep in mind when I order I get a good amount of meat and because of the meat not being good I have to cut off more than half the meat. I spend money just to throwing out HALF...

I’ve been coming to the Viva to cash out my checks and send money to my family for about 3 years now and no one has ever stood out to me more than that one lady that I believe is named Ariana? She looks Arabic with long black hair. Regardless of the day she’s had she has always attended me with a smile and a great attitude. However I unfortunately cannot say the same thing for the rest of the employees there, her customer service is just unmatched. I have not seen her these past couple of days and I asked but was told that she wasn’t working with there anymore which is very unfortunate. Do not come here such a disappointment. I can’t believe it come to a illegal people able to cash their checks with fake ID and only because the cashiers knows them they cash them but a American citizen was denied of cashing his legit check because of color.. really? They take picture of your ID and send it to a group of WhatsApp people “for what reason” that how people use their identity. I’m reporting of all this. This is racism, humiliation and they do fraud.
