Omg... Where do I start? I usually go to a different place, but I was in the area so i just ran inside this place. It's my first time here and when I say, I just had the BEST experience I've had all of my life of pedicures I mean what I say. Lily did my pedicure. I got the Bubble World Pedicure for $45. Lily scrubbed my feet back to life lol. She massaged my feet and legs without rushing thru the process. She was just wonderful and my feet are smiling right now. Suzy greeted me at the door. She was sooooo sweet. She made me feel very welcome. She offered me a choice of cold drinks to enjoy. Water, Soda, or Wine which comes with the service. I chose soda. I'm from Metrowest and I come to this plaza all the time because of the Dollar General. Never had a Mani Pedi here. However what a great experience! Although I didn't have an appointment, they welcomed me. The place is spotless, very friendly and welcoming even with no appointment and on Easter Saturday. Anna did my Pedi/Mani and she's awesome. Will make this place my place to go!

First time I came it was a great experience. The second time I came it was around Christmas time, I asked for gel removal and then a manicure and another gel coat. The lady filed down my nails so deep on one hand and then on the other left old gel polish very thick on. She put on two coats of color, I’ve been to many places that do more than just two and on top of that her polish was very dry which caused me to have bubbles all throughout my polish. I had to go somewhere else to get the gel soaked off, I’ve been weeks without getting my nails done because of how deep she filed them down, I would get occasional pain if I used my hand in a specific way.
