Worst Service Possible. Had my lawn tractor picked up for repair. Initial contact was great - arranged pick up for Thursday morning and agreed to have a repair estimate to me the next day. Pick up was on time and courteous. The good news stops here. No call on Friday. Monday was a holiday. I called them on Tuesday. They had not looked at the mower yet but committed to take a look and get back to me on Tuesday. You guessed it. No call. I called them back on Thursday morning. Service guy said he looked at it that morning for the first time. Was not sure what was wrong and would need to order a part to see if that fixed the problem. Not sure how long that would take. Gave up on these guys and had the mower picked up by Schroeder Implement in Sussex. Took them two days to fix the problem - a pin had sheared on the transmission linkage. Right as we got through the door an employee approaches us, we received directions. We looked at other things before getting to the section we were originally looking for, we looked around and saw that same employee doing laps by where we were just watching. Finally went to our section, same employee came by looking around. Then we moved to a different section, other employees looked at us. When we were checking out a different employee came from a top part down the stairs and kept staring at us. Then when we looked at him he started to fidget with something useless. Iam very upset with the paint department, we pick a exterior color for our house that was suppose to be in the Brown tones when mixed it look like the beige tan color we wanted. When we sampled the paint on our aluminum siding it was pink. We bought 4 gallons and where told it looked beige on paper by the paint department but pink on my house. If only my house was made of paper. So have they not solved the problem . As a Oconomowoc resident I have always shooed local, if this doesn't get resolved it will be the last time I ever shop their and will not recommend it.
