I used to be able to look past all the hoarding and support this place. (You were actually doing a great job with adding new display cases.) However, when your new display cases have stacks upon stacks of PS5 and WiiU games to the ceiling and your old shelves are blocked by other PS2/Wii games within months, that's where I start to lose interest in looking at everything. When you sell bootleg Pokémon games and say you can tell they're authentic because there are "specific things to look at that the normal person can't see" (even though authentic Gold & Sliver have shiny, sparkling cases and yours don't), then I start having a problem with buying retro stuff (which is what this store is for, I feel). I have still been able to look past this, but this last visit of mine crossed the line, and it will be my last for good. I couldn't care less what political side you're on, but when you're saying in front of customers (most likely the working class) that you're disheartened by the stock market crashing because all the billionaires are losing money because of our President, that speaks volumes on multiple levels. First off, you do realize that we're still in fiscal Q1, right? That means that the former President started off this fiscal quarter so we're seeing the cause of what he did. Secondly, in order to transition, things will get worse before they get better. That's just economics 101, and as a business owner, you should know that. Even after all of this, the main driving nail in the coffin is the comment about the billionaires, and it then makes me think if you're buying but hardly selling, you must have stocks (which are the true driving factor on why the working class gets screwed). That's the only plausible reason why you're so disheartened by these billionaires losing money (even though this is what your side wanted). (Speaking of buying, I tried selling a dozen games, some which were only $5, but half of them were a minimun $10, and so by your standards of buying games for 80% of the price, giving me only $50 was a ripoff.) This store has a great variety of stuff. Everything from movies, video games, records, Pokemon cards, action figures, and everything else a collector would want. They also have a really good selection of video games, and you'll probably find what you're looking for here. It's really fun to kinda dig through things and see what there is. The bad thing though is also you have to dig through things. This place is a mess and you can barely move through it without knocking something over. So it's very hard to get a good look at a lot of the games. I was just trying to look at some games in a dvd stand and stuff fell on me just trying to look at the stuff and the owner told me to stop shaking it so stuff wouldn't fall off... but it's kinda hard to look at things without them falling. Prices are also not very good. Pretty much at Ebay price or higher on a lot of the games and other items aren't in great shape either, but still prices high. If you're looking for a game, and need it quickly, this might be a great place to go. While I really really want to like this store, it has a lot of issues it...

Terrible customer service. Long story short I had an issue with a console/controller, he swapped console out and when I tried the second one. I had the same issue. I had suspected the controller was the issue and had done some research to back that up. When I returned again he did refund my money but went on how he’s been doing this for 30+ years and has never seen this so I had to be the one messing it up and that this just isn’t for me. He refused to test said controller with console in store and refused future sales to me. I had brought in evidence it was faulty and could prove it with a multimeter. Was not having it. I go home do some more research on said issue and in less than 2 hours I have a found why the first console had tested bad for me and good in store for him. There is a self resetting fuse in the power supply and when left unplugged they will reset. You’d think someone with 30+ years would know this or had seen this.
