Train your employees. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Supposed to be far quicker and more convenient, right? Nope. I pull up to lane one as there was a car in lane two. Lane two places order and I wait three minutes for someone to say over the intercom “you’re in lane one, right?” I said yes and he said he’d be right with me. I waited AT LEAST five minutes. Then a pickup pulls into lane two and they start taking his order. So I just pull around to the window and tell them I have a mobile order and no one helped me for seven minutes. An obligatory apology followed but I was told to pull off to the side while they made my order. What???? I placed a mobile order, they should have it already. I’m still pulled off to the side waiting as I write this (see picture). Meanwhile, four cars that arrived after me have already gotten their food and I’m still waiting. Waited 7 minutes for no one to help on the intercom and now waited another 5 here and still no food that I ordered and paid for on the app about 30 minutes ago. Train...
Read moreUnbelievably slow! Sat in line waiting for over 20-minutes. Would have left if it were not for being sandwiched in between other cars in line. During my time sitting at the drive-thru window not one associate acknowledged my presence. When asked why the delay, the reason was “new cook”. Being late in the day with store closing time within 1-hr, “new” is a lame excuse. When I did get my food, the order was handed over before all items bagged. Finally even more frustrating, not even an apology or thank you from the associates. This store needs to learn some etiquette and professionalism toward the customers. Without customers there is no business. No business means no job. Other nearby competitors seem to be much more busy than this store. The McDonalds next door had fairly full parking lot with patrons inside and both drive-thru lanes busy. Waiting 20-minutes for a Whopper is ridiculous especially since I can go to Culver’s and have my made-to-order meal...
Read moreI am really not one to review, especially negative reviews but WOW the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. This was my second visit and also the second time they forgot things in my order, only for me to have to go back around and get stuck in the drive through for more than 30 minutes. I couldn’t wait anymore because I was trying to get kids home for bedtime so had to leave. I called to ask for a refund for the food I didn’t receive and the lady that answered the phone immediately gave me attitude and accused me of yelling at her and told me she couldn’t do anything for me unless I came back in(hard no, I don’t have time to come back in for a mistake they made, especially with the wait times!). I understand places are under stress right now with lack of staff but that was no excuse for the extremely rude staff member. I have never had an experience like this before and will not be visiting...
