I visited this store on Saturday, September 16th. I bought an artificial sunflower that was marked as $3.00. A lady asked to bring it to the front desk while I continued shopping. When I checked out I was not shown a receipt or told what I owed and was asked for my debit card. I didn’t question it because I knew what the total should have been. I got down the road and looked at receipt and she charged me 6.95 for the sunflower. I’m called her and told her I was overcharged. She admitted she overcharged me. I told her it was $3.00 and she said I have the tag right her me and it was 3.99. Told her no it was 3.00. She said well I have the tag right here and it says 3.99. Well, you claimed the tag said 3.99, why was I charged 6.95? No explanation! She asked if I could come back for refund or come back the next day. Told her I could not and told her reason. On way to birthday party an lived to far away to come back. She agreed to send me a check. I’m sorry, but I will not be coming back to your store for the way she handled the whole situation. She was very dishonest about the price of the sunflower. I knew clearly it was as $3.00. It was written with a large 3.00 I took a picture of it to see if my daughter wanted it. I’m so sorry I didn’t get picture of it with the price tag on it. I will not be going back to your store because off the deliberate dishonesty of the women...

I think they need to try to keep their sellers a little more honest about how much this stuff actually costs. Ok... almost EVERYTHING there was way way way over priced. I can find stuff cheaper at a antique store here in Chicago than I can there. Normally this is the other way around. Also... things being passed of as things that they are not as far as time period and collectible status. A couple of treasures that are priced well can be found here but you really need to look hard. Again... really over priced... just about everything there. To top it off... don't go there when they are busy... I was in a line that was only 6 people long and I was standing there for like 15 minutes... took my items back and left the store. My girlfriend who was with me and has dealed professionally in antiques had even worse things to say about this store, but I'll let her write her own review. This is NOT a vindictive review in the slightest and I know it sounds harsh... I just think this place needs to get on their sellers about the truthfulness of what they...
Read moreSpent good money here for 4 years and won't return. We've collected 35 years and travel. 90% of the malls recognise us and appreciate our business and the fact we refer people to their stores. The women in there was following us around acting like she was straightening things out. Said we were from Illinois, the only way was if she went outside and saw our truck. I'm sure she took a good picture of it to get the license plate number. Good for her we just washed it. She asked some questions that made us think she thought we were travelling shop lifters. This is the only time ever this happened in 35 years. Considering we have a law enforcement family and are gainfully employed this women should learn you never know who you're dealing with. You cost your dealers a few hundred dollars that day. We bought nothing and won't...
