Update: Had to re do my original review to add that once again Thad and his team is awesome. Called last min to get a quote for my Daughter because she was buying a car and was getting the run around from her current ins company, Ashley got right on it and had her signed up and ready to go in less than an hr. That’s customer service! THANK YOU THAD and ASHELY! Great work once again!!!!……

Called to get a quote and was helped immediately! Thad was very patient as I wasn’t fully prepared with some information he needed! I was able to provide what else was needed through text and he called me later in the day to give me some quotes! His team is also great, after few phone calls we were able to get insurance started immediately and we are now good to go! Couldn’t ask for a better agent!...

Thad Madsen encompasses the entire “good neighbor” motto to a “T”! In the past few weeks, I’ve had issues with my house AND totaling my car, and Thad has been so responsive to all my questions, angst, and unique issues regarding them both.
