We've eaten there several times & are always happy with the service & how friendly they always are. The food to me is fantastic, & I'm hard to please on allot of things. I never can eat all that's given to me it's just so much. There's a hamburger I can never remember what it's called, there's a special bar-b-que sauce on it & it's just delicious. My hamburgers have to be very well done & crispy on the outside. They are almost always perfect that way. Different cooks will do a different job on them, but they're still delicious to eat! As far as fries go they're fine. Just cooked really good not overdone or underdone. Going to try a different side next time if I can. I usually drink the Margaritas & they're really great. In allot of places they aren't good & it's a first sip telling if it's going to make it to the next. I normally don't have a next tho I stick to my one drink. My husband has a beer & it's usually Bulavard Beer or Blue Moon if the other isn't available. He had the pork tenderloin last time & said it was delicious. It's always bigger than the bun! We always leave satisfied & very full. It's a big place & as the afternoon gets later it gets busier. The service here never lacks tho, your taken very good care of always. Some time we'll visit later maybe & see how busy it gets at that late afternoon time. No complaints at all for this Great Place to eat that's for sure!! Thank you always Broken Dollar...

My wife and I stopped into the Broken Dollar Saloon while we were in the Odessa area for work. We were looking for a good local spot to eat, saw the great reviews, and decided to give it a try—and we’re so glad we did. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere had a great vibe from the moment we walked in.

The food? Absolutely top-notch. Big portions, great flavor, and I genuinely enjoyed every bite. One thing that really stood out to me was the tray liner—it looked like an old newspaper and gave the meal a really authentic, nostalgic feel. I thought that was such a cool touch.

Since then, we’ve told so many people about this place and even have a trip planned to come back with our coworkers. In real estate, we believe in supporting small businesses however we can, and that includes leaving reviews like this one. We actually run a little foodie group called “KC Chow Down,” where we visit local restaurants for lunch and highlight our experiences—and Broken Dollar is definitely going on the list. Can’t...

We came to eat there tonight. 2 adults 1 child (5 yrs old) I ordered the beef nachos, husband a hamburger, and I asked for a KIDS PLATE of just CHIPS, VERY LITTLE BEEF W/ CHEESE. . My granddaughter was served a full adult plate, It was huge.. I was charged full price!! Our waitress never came to our table to check on us, never refilled our drinks, she was very slow. She stood back by the Cooks counter chatting with co- workers. I was charged FULL PRICE for her plate and full price for a SMALL SPRITE (no refills offered).Any waitress knows a child will not eat a full adult plate. We wasn't even offered a childs menu .Don't get me wrong, the food was very good but 83$ for what little we ordered is very extravagant. It should not cost a couple 100$ to eat and have 1 drink a piece. We won't be coming back to soon! Or if we do, we will not bring a child. Disappointed with prices and...

Family-friendly Pub with a rustic aesthetic and light atmosphere with plenty of tvs on sports channels, so you never miss the game. It was a bit noisy, but we sat in the corner, and it wasn't too bad. The food tasted good, I was especially fond of the seasoned fries and ranch. However, the burgers were quite greasy. I personally don't mind that too much, but I also pat-dried mine with a napkin. Service was friendly and did a good job on both keeping tabs on us (asking about refills and such) and giving us space (to eat and converse). They have clean restrooms and spotless tables. Overall, would eat their again.

Stopped in after shopping. Had good recommendations. The service was exceptional. A little disappointed that the mashed potatoes were flakes not real potatoes I had a hard piece that was inedible that must have stuck to the side. My husband liked the hamburger steak, large portion. The veggies in the side were frozen not fresh. The onion rings were amazing. The baby seemed to enjoy the corn dogs, again a large portion. Seems like a lot of the locals eat here. Plenty of parking on the street.
