I had two prescriptions filled on the 11th the pharmacy didnât report one of them to my insurance untill the thirteenth the second one a partial was reported to my insurance on the 19th and thatâs why my insurance was denying the rest of my meds my insurance called the pharmacy fixed the issue and said it would be ready for pickup today the 20th to quick I called the pharmacy and confirmed my prescription would be filled and ready for pickup in 15minutes. I show to pick up my prescription a few hours later and they tell me they donât have the medication.. between the 11th and today I have made four attempts to pick up the rest of my prescription calling and confirming before going and all attempts came back empty handed. This team is very irresponsible with the paper work with filing and notify insurance. They lie to insurance companies on the dates of when medication is picked up and they have now caused me to behind over three days on taking my medication.

   Read moreI Took a rapid test for Covid yesterday afternoon with my husband because he had symptoms. He got his results within an hour. He was positive. I didnât get my results. So today, I ďżźcalled to find out what happened to my test results. After switching around to different people, the pharmacist came on and said to wait another day and if I don't get an email to call the 800 number I got with my confirmation email. There was no 800 number on that email so I just went to the store to confront them in person. After looking around for about 10 minutes a girl came and apologized that they never ran it and they have to redo it. So now I am waiting in a long line at the drive-through because they would not let me do it in the store. Apparently, the pharmacist and staff never actually tried to find my test when I called earlier in the day. Way to care about the public health Walgreens. Had to call the cvs pharmacy on 42nd to get it transfer only to find out no one carried the brand name and thatâs known already but the lady here on university wasnât educated well enough and I had to wait two more hours to get someone else to basically tell her how to do her job and get it filled for me to come go back and pick it up. How unprofessional and rude to give me attitude and tell me to call my Dr to have him re submit another prescription when it was perfectly fine knowing Iâm pregnant and sick.
