EZPAWN — Local services in Odessa

Went there to try to buy a Klipsch subwoofer drove in from San Antonio Texas for their subwoofer they would not test it there they told me that I can get a protection plan or I could get 24 hours it took me 7 hours to get to Odessa from San Antonio I think it's very unprofessional the manager there was very very unprofessional would not budge explain to her I would give them what they had a vested in it so when take up shelf space for other products and I take all the risk if the sub is good or bad because they could not test it there it makes no god-given sense that they could not test it because they have to test everything before they offer a loan on it if that's the case the everybody would be bringing broken equipment in there taking their money and walking away I'm very discouraged and I am upset I have contacted easy corporations and I'm expecting Jesse to call me back as soon as possible I recommend nobody go to this facility I have family members that own pawn shops throughout the country I was raised in that type of environment customer service is the key to success and unfortunately this EZPawn does not have that...

Worst experience at a pawn shop ever. I had 2 guns pawned here, went in to get one gun out and extended a month on the other gun. When the day came up to pay it again I went in to make another payment and they tell me I never made a payment to extend the first time. Good thing I kept my receipt from when I did make the payment because they didn’t believe me come to find out when I made my payment it wasn’t on my gun it was for someone else’s gun. First Lady told me my gun was still in the building when I go back the next day Manager tells me the gun had already been sold, later on that day she calls me and tells me someone has it on layaway, that I need to buy the gun back from them which I said was fine because I just wanted my gun back then when I go pick it up they ended up selling my case that I had for my gun and had to choose from one of the little cheap bags that they had laying around because there was nothing they could do about it. Worst place to go to, never again will...

So disappointing!! I really wish the ring I found was at the Grandview location! After careful inspection of the ring one of the diamonds looked fake! When I asked her to look at it through the magnifier she stated "I know what it looks like" "it probably just got scratched".. I didn't want to school this woman but diamonds don't scratch!! She was beyond rude the entire time and made NO attempt to rectify the situation. While in there I tried on two pair of lux designer sunglasses. I wanted to guarantee they were authentic so I proceeded to ask if this had been done. Her response: I don't know I was not here when they came in!! The level of unprofessionalism was embarrassing.
