My message therapist was FANTASTIC. BUT please beware that you have to arrive earlier than your appointment time or else your time will be cut. I’m 3 months postpartum with my first and it was my birthday, I didn’t expect to get special treatment but I was so excited to finally get a little ‘me time’ and relax. I booked the night prior, filled out the form, received confirmation email/text and NOWHERE did I see I was suppose to arrive early for my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 10AM and I arrived right on time. Upon arrival they told me I needed to hurry and get changed because it was already into my message time. I apologized and explained it was my first time leaving my baby and I didnt see anything telling me I should be early. They didn’t respond and just proceeded to walk me back and tell me to hurry. Although I received an amazing message, I was so sad that I was “late” because I would have arrived early if I knew I was supposed to be there ahead of time. I’ve received professional services before and have never experienced this. It took me a while to calm down into my appointment because I felt so worked up with how much they were rushing me. I’m not sure if I’ll come back because of how I was treated by the front staff and how poorly communication...

Rochelle was what made this particular experience phenomenal. I showed up with no appointment and no plans on Friday. I had time to kill. I went shopping in their gift shop and found some amazing pajamas. As I was checking out Rochelle asked if I had just stopped in and if she could do anything more for me. I was upfront that I had no appointments and understood if they could not accommodate me, but was free for the day. She packed my pjs and asked me to wait up front. She came back with an entire schedule for me including a deluxe facial, mood soak with massage, manicure, pedicure and for the time in between? Exclusive access to their infrared sauna and salt room. But what stood out to me the most? All the personal touches she added. Without asking, I had a hot neck pillow, snacks, mimosa, and cucumber water ready to go before I even knew what the quiet room was.
