After some of their larger tenants left after driving themselves out of business, management has 7,500sf to relet as of April 2023. Regular maintenance keeps the property's appearance in great shape, and management has signed respectable tenants to (I estimate) ≈2,500sf so far. The region is definitely moving upscale, and it shows.
There also appears to be space to construct freestanding retail directly fronting the main thoroughfare, though I'm not sure who controls it.

Read morePlanet Fitness just moved out. This property is a ghost town and an eyesore. I hope something is done soon to revitalize it. And by revitalize I don't mean open a hair salon or a vape shop or a dollar store.
What I think should been done is close off Harrisville Road just as it reaches this property (heading south). Then combine this property with the property on the east side of Harrisville Road. Then use the new, larger property to open up a Target, along with the kinds of desirable businesses that tend to open up shop...
