CVS — Local services in Oil City

February 14, 2025 CVS Pharmacy, Oil City, PA Experience as a customer was absolutely, horrendously awful. Have not been in this store in past four years because clerks were always rude and arrogant. Went in on February 14 only because Aetna Health Insurance had sent a gift card. Clerk was rude and impatient, so as I was turning to leave I said, " this is why I don't shop in this store, it' s always awful." The other clerk came around to where I was standing, leaned her face at me and said "you can just get out. Now. Bye.,Get out" I stepped back and said " I was not talking to you" and she raised her hand and swiped the back of her hand in my face. If I had not stepped back I would have been hit. Had an issue with a female pharmacist there recently. Needed a preautheration for my prescription and insurance called her w me on the line listening and I was waiting at least half hour for them to be filled and when I asked her when they will be ready she lied right to my face and said “I haven’t heard from the insurance”. I heard whole conversation of insurance telling her to fill them and she took it upon herself to ignore the insurance until I said you are a liar I heard you talk to the insurance and that she needed to fill it. By far the worst wait times, staff is just about always having folks waiting even when your stuff is ready to pick up and they put it at the register yet I still had to wait 15 minutes for the next person to login into another register while the other lady strolled around and saw me waiting but didn't care even a little bit. Definitely taking my business elsewhere and I would implore everyone to do the same until they get a better...
