Literally went in there on rec of a friend, just to look. This was hands-down one of the worst high pressure sales people we have ever encountered. We will absolutely not be back-nor will we recommend.
We have bought many things for our home from Galaxy and decided to come over to Aminis to look at their saunas. Not only were we immediately told that what we were looking for was wrong in a sauna (even though my dr. and nutritionist told me what I needed was right), we were then pushed into listening to him for five minutes on chakras, how other places/sellers were wrong, we repeatedly said we weren’t buying today. At this point, I was done. Yes, I came up with an excuse that we have to be somewhere so we can gracefully and respectfully leave the store. I then get chastised by the salesman, “so, if I did have red light therapy option, would you still have to leave?” Really?!? That’s going to bring the sale back on course? I responded with “yep, we’re leaving.” Then, on the way out we were subjected to disdainful comments made about us to his coworker within earshot. When we left as we were walking out the door, my wife turned around after hearing the comments to see him waving at us with a big smirk/smile.
She told him we won’t be back and we left.
I see a lot of reviews here about “Tyler” being a great salesman, he was the worst when we were in the store.
*Update: I reached out to Kevin and I’m glad I did. He handled my complaint well, listened to my experience, and apologized to me.
And he helped clear up the misunderstanding I had regarding the comment I overheard when leaving. That comment was referencing a team meeting they had concerning saunas prior to my visit. Unfortunately, the comment was not held until I...

I must add that my husband said the guys that showed , to dismantle the pool table was beyond kind and friendly. I said yes I spoke with Josh and he was so kind and professional that he said they were preparing to leave to pick up my table. And were on there way. And so they did. Showed exactly the time they gave. My husband and I will be forever grateful to everyone evolved helping us.
THE BEGINNING: First and foremost customer service is excellent. Thank you Melanie. I needed a pool table moved and a local pool table company said they would dismantle and move it. For 3 weeks I waited for a call for an appointment to pick up the pool table. I called pretty much everyday, because I sold my home. Got to move we have a closing date. 10.26.22 . So I finally called Monday 10.17.22 for them to tell me we can't do it till November 9. 2024 , oh my, wow!!! Seriously ugh. What can ya do except listen to bs because someone didn't do there job. Really took them 3 weeks to tell me. So I called AMINI'S and explained what had happened. And Melanie got with management and they are going far beyond what they had to. They are going to move it for me. This is what you call excellent customer service. So I know where I will be letting all family and friends know where to shop. This company is so much more in the way they address people when they answer the phone. So professional in the way they treat people. Such a selection of quality in this company, all the way around in...
Read moreBeware shady return / cancellation policies. The quality of the goods sold seems decent enough (one would hope, given the price), but the cancellation policies are awful and dishonest.
A few months ago I ordered some outdoor furniture, which was on back-order. I paid the required deposit. A week or two later I changed my mind. I tried to cancel the order, which was months out from being fulfilled, and was told I couldn't without sacrificing a large chunk of my deposit. I was told this was the policy of the manufacturer of the outdoor furniture.
I called the furniture manufacturer (Green Country Decor), and spoke with the owner (incredibly nice guy). He told me straight up, they had no such policy. He told me manufacturing had not begun on my order, and his company was not responsibly for my being billed for goods which did not exist.
I called Amini's back. The manager's story then changed. He told me I was being charged a re-stocking fee. I asked how in the world I could be charged a re-stocking fee for goods which did not exist, and therefore could not be restocked. I was told flatly that that's the policy.
There's a large market for outdoor furniture - I urge you to...
