Geraldine Park — Attraction in Oklahoma City

Used the paved walkway around the perimeter of the park. It was a pleasant walk. Wondered how hot it must be in the summer with so few trees there.

Nice neighborhood. Swings and slides up front for the children. Large open area in center which is divided into a field on the right for neighborhood sports with a large dog friendly area to the left which was being used while visiting. Benches are advantageously positioned along the path for those wanting to rest, talk privately, or just enjoy the outdoors.

This park has a large field with a track around its perimeter that jogger or cyclist can enjoy. There is also a playground and swings for kids with a shaded picnic area nearby.

Visited on a regular basis in many teens but, it's a totally different park than what it was over 40 years ago. Lots of improvements have been made such as, walking paths, better playground equipment. Sad to see that the "baseball fields" haven't been used in decades but, overall still a quiet & peaceful place....
