Just a meh experience. My husband and I went in on a whim. I had been looking at the catmom charm now for quite sometime. We weren’t greeted when we first walked in but walked around a bit. I think the gentleman who assisted us his name was Brandon? He didn’t introduce himself but I read the name tag. I picked out what I wanted and my husband said sure. So we checked out. I understand from him speaking he didn’t have much of a voice? But facial expressions and body language say a lot and I honestly felt so rushed. I talked to his co worker next time him as well. I worked in customer service a long time including fine jewelry and fashion and being in management. I always introduced myself when speaking with someone. I matched my customers pace. And I made sure they felt welcomed. I could have said hey I will be back another day with my gift card I left at home but my husband didn’t want me to miss out on something I had been wanting since our Anniversary back in Feb this year when we went to a different location and no one spoke to us or other people in the store. I don’t regret my purchase. I guess I felt kind of judged as well. I wasn’t dressed as nice I work nights and I was kind of tired today. I wore clothes to be comfy not for a date day at the mall. I love what I had created. But if you still weren’t up to par or needed to be excused when I am guessing your manager handed you a paper you could have said excuse me folks have a great day. Instead my husband said “wow, must of talked to much to these people too?” I’m sorry my bubbly personality is just kind of natural and I tend to talk to much sometimes but for the amount of money people do tend to spend in your store I would think everyone would have a...

Love, love, love this store! I have bought a necklace and awesome earrings here and just love them! I believe the prices are very fair for the quality that you get. My husband recently bought me a necklace here for Christmas and I actually had to exchange it for a different length of chain and they were so kind about it. I have been really impressed with both the products and customer service of this store. I bought my wife a ring for her birthday. The ring ended up being the wrong size so her and I went back to try and exchange it. They did not have the exact size she needed, but gave us a loaner and bent over backwards to get us the size we needed.
