I’ve never been treated, so unprofessional and undignified in my life. I had a New Year’s Eve party get canceled and returned the dress. There are three Hispanic girls at the front counter, who obviously are unaware that white girls can speak Spanish too. Saying the dress smelled and that the tag was not even the original tag the piece of plastic that holds a tag on. I asked them twice what the issue was and got a store credit card shoved in my hand rudely. I said I can hear you all speaking, what’s your problem with my return and insulting me? I then asked why I refund couldn’t be given on an unworn dress and she said, read your receipt again..this is ridiculously unacceptable. I’ve spent thousands here and so have people that I’ve sent in. Your employees are horribly rude and unprofessional. This is by far the most idiotic customer service experience...

Found the most STUNNING dress I've ever put on my body at this store. 😍 There's definitely something for everyone here. Boutique quality (in some cases, even luxury quality) clothes without the boutique/luxury price tag.

As a small human myself though...I agree with the comments mentioning lack of inclusive sizing. I'm a small to extra small everywhere I go, but I wear a medium at this store. I cannot imagine being in a larger body and trying to find something that fits here. If you're reading this - PLEASE let our beautiful plus sized girlies in on this place, and adjust your sizing scale to be more modern!! You guys have a lot going for you, but you're missing out on a good portion of your target demographic by not...

So I walked in, looking for a dress for a wedding rehearsal dinner and found the literal dress of my dreams, the quality is amazing and it was only $118, unfortunately my Venmo decided to ✨ lock me out✨ during my purchase.. I nearly wanted to cry.. I asked them to hold me and they said they could for an hour, while I was getting all that figured out I realized it had been 40 mins since so I called the store, the owner picked up.. he was very very nice and allowed the dress to be held until the end of the day!! My card luckily ended up unlocking after 30 mins and I got my dress!! Huge shoutout to the ladies working there cause they were very nice.. the store as a whole is beautiful and I love...
