Eagle One Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

WARNING, DON'T go to this place. I have only ordered once from this place. The customer service was horrible!!! The manager was very unprofessional and extremely rude. I stumbled on this place while getting acclimated to the new area. Decided to try it for the children. They really like pizza. Spent $49.90 for pizzas and of the pizzas ordered one of them were made incorrectly which wasn't a big deal. Mistakes happen, even with a simple cheese pizza! Yes, I said it! A cheese pizza! How can you go wrong with a simple cheese? The issue for me wasn't that I was given the wrong pizza but instead how I was treated as it were my fault??? Although my receipt reflect what I ordered he was still not willing to remake it. My complaint is more so about how I was treated when bringing it to his attention? It was close to the end of the day and storming so he told me to come back another time to remake the pizza. And when I did so, he (the manager that told me to come back and ask for him) told me that it wasn't written down, he didn't remember me, and he couldn't help me...etc...all while he was arguing with someone that was there and shared the same language at the same time of speaking with me. I have never been to a place so unprofessional and rude. He was angry and took it out on me, the customer who was just coming to replace the 1 pizza that was wrong that he assured me I could return. In all; I was turned away with money lost to the wrong pizza, didn't leave with the pizza of which I originally ordered, and was treated poorly for a mistake made by the company. I left without a refund nor proper pizza replacement. I will never revist this place again. I am still in shock that this just happened. So if you can help it, don't go to Eagle One Pizza. Better deals are at familiar names we all know and trust!...

I use to order from this place frequently and the pizzas were good, but the last time I ordered from them was an unpleasant experience. I paid ahead with debit card when I ordered, when the order took well over an hour I called to get update of what’s going on and when to expect it. I get nervous paying with debit card for delivery orders because if the delivery driver accidentally goes to wrong address chances are the people receiving are just going to take the order and then it’s a loss for me. The guy that answered said he would find out what’s going on and call me back, he never called back so I called again, a girl answered and after I asked for update, she hung up on me, so I called again considering I already paid. The guy before answered again, he said I’m causing problems and that he was going to refund me ( which I never received) and that I am never to order food from them again. That was very upsetting to hear. I contacted a different store to talk to manager, they said they would talk to corporate and contact me back, they never contacted me back. Very...

I wish I could rate the food. It was in a perpetual delay. I ordered online at 18:20. Receipt said ready in 25 minutes. Arrived to the restaurant at 18:55. Was told order wasn’t ready, would be 10 minutes. At 19:20 I asked if the pizza was in the oven. He wasn’t sure. Was it even made?, he wasn’t sure. Should be 10 minutes. Wouldn’t even confirm they had the order. At 19:35 I asked again. Still wasn’t sure. I said I would have to cancel the order in 10 minutes. At 19:44, the order was cancelled. Almost 1.5 hours. I realize it is a Friday night but if you don’t know if the order is being made or being cooked, it is a disorganized mess. He found the order just fine when he cancelled. Others that came in were told 5 minutes and sat there for 30 minutes, waiting. I don’t want to sit there for an hour waiting. Just be honest.
