Ordered a hat online on Dec 1. On December 2 they withdrew the money from my account, the tracking number I received was bogus and it is now 2 days before Christmas and I still have not received the hat. I have video at the front of my house so I know when packages get delivered, nothing. You guys suck

It’s been almost a week since I posted this and no response from the company. Still no hat that was purchased for my wife. Guess I will send another email and wait to see if they respond to this one. So far three emails sent and 0 responses guess that equals the customer service 0.

Although I love all the decor, I had an issue with the transparency of this business. I had purchased over $200 worth of items. Unfortunately $95 of those items didn’t work for my home, so I went to return these items. When arriving I was told the only thing they would give is store credit. I would have had no issues had this business been forthcoming when checking out originally. The associate did point to a small sign that mentioned the return policy, but it was in a spot where it was difficult to see and not large enough for customers to be able to see while checking out. The sign looked strategically placed so that when individuals checked out, it was there but they would have to look hard to see it. My wife used to love this store and we have purchased many items. Currently it’s almost exclusively candles, home fragrance, and similar products. The perfume smell is overwhelmingly strong to the point of being intolerable. We are typically able to be around these items, but had to leave the store.
