I am honestly surprised to see so many positive reviews. I guess we caught her on a bad day. We came in and were not greeted at all by the woman working. We looked around a few minutes, and then my niece decided she wanted to make a charm bracelet. We asked for assistance with this, and she stopped eating her dinner and came to help. She said “I’ll teach you how to do it” my niece still needed help a few minutes later, but felt we would be bothering the woman working, so she decided to give up instead. My sister said to the woman “we took the bracelet apart, we are not going to get it” she just gave us a blank stare and continued to eat her meal. Had she of offered to help do something she no doubt had more experience at than us, we would have still purchased the bracelet, along with the other items I was planning on purchasing. I love the store, I just wish the Plant Prices we're more reasonable or at least Clear. My sister was here a couple of weeks ago and bought a plant that she NEVER imagined was more than $2.50....the pot fit into a small coffee cup. Her total was never said out loud and she didn't think to look closely because she never thought she would be spending $250.00 for a plant that size. Before she knew what she was charged she was back home, 12 hours away with the tiny plant and $247.50 short. I believe your employee should make these prices clear before selling something this expensive, as well as giving instructions on care for...
