I absolutely love this place, and the staff . Every one is very nice and welcoming, and the whole place is so clean , and beautifully decorated. My experiences there have always made me feel so pampered. I live in Laredo Texas , and visit my daughter 2-3 times a year , and I must say, going to your spa , aside from spending quality time with my daughter, and my grandchildren is certainly at the top of my list. Chris, is a beautiful person, inside , and out. This time around , I got done a BBL for the first time , I was a bit nervous, but she certainly is very informative, and good at what she does . I love her, she is very good at what she does . I’m very happy with the results , I certainly feel like every thing I’ve done with them to have better skin, has certainly had very good results. Over the years i have had several not so great experiences with my skin care needs. I have had nothing but great experiences at Refine U. The staff at Refine U is the "real deal." Everone is wonderful and the office is so cute and welcoming! There is always a positive vibe when i walk into the office (which is hard to find now days)! I have done Laser treatment with Christianne who is amazing, very thorough and knowledgeable with her laser treatments! She has a joyful spirit and makes the procedures more tolerable with her fun personality! I've also had botox/fillers/skulptra with Janelle and Kelly. They are both spot on with their treatment and highly trained! Both of them have such a sweet, caring disposition. I always feel good about myself when i leave the office.
