I used to love this place. Unfortunately the last time I got filler here, i was asked if I could come in early because my injector had to be somewhere, so I came in early and it was extremely rushed. I told the injector I didn’t like the shape we did previously for my lips, they said they would fix it this time and I wound up with the same exact results. The ugly Russian lip with a keyhole or (blow up doll lips) The lips migrated and were super lumpy and one side is higher and fuller than the other since the day I got the injections, it looks like I have a crooked smile. it seems like this is that persons signature look. it’s been almost a year and they’re still not going away. I had previously asked if they fix things for free or at a reduced cost that they’ve messed up and was told I would need to pay for any adjustments when other spas have all said they would dissolve lips for free if they weren’t right or up to standard. Furthermore a lot of things have changed here. I noticed several people left and followed another girl to her new practice which tells me a lot and the pricing models have changed, and the way they advertise and do business. You can’t get half syringes of filler and I’ve been to two other med spas who told me the product used in my lips isn’t used much anymore and is a hard sale these days because it’s so thick, migrates easily and is lumpy. That was from two separate spas and two different people. Additionally I had another 3rd person agree that my lips look migrated lumpy and uneven and a 4th injector who asked me if this persons name was Xxxx without me even saying the persons name because apparently she had corrected a lot of their work. Point is, if you have to be somewhere, don’t take a client and do a poor job because of your obligations. Cancel the appointment or reschedule your own appointment. Won’t be coming here again and I highly advise you to ask around about this place and don’t believe all of the reviews. I will say, I had my lips done once by Brooke and my lips were absolutely beautiful, her injections were great. At the time I quit going to her because her books filled up fast but I think it may be easier to get an app with her now so if u must go here...

I’ve been going to H-MD since 2018 or 2019. Joe is the BEST for neurotoxin! I LOVE how my neurotox worked out!! I had so many static lines on my forehead that have pretty much all gone. Saw someone else prior and didn’t end up with any results (used Botox that time). Joe spent the time to walk through how neurotoxin works, why he injects where he does, and what he thought would work best for me since the last time I had regular Botox with someone else I had almost no result and wasn’t happy. He did a combination of dysport and jeuveau and I love it! This was my first time seeing Joe and I couldn’t have been happier with giving him the opportunity to fix my forehead wrinkles!! I would 1000% recommend to anyone. He takes the time to explain how everything works and most people I’ve seen don’t. He’s very energetic and friendly and definitely made me feel welcome and excited to see a change! I love looking at my skin now in the mirror and not seeing all those pesky wrinkle lines at rest. GO SEE JOE!

I see Noelie for my laser hair removal and she’s great too! She makes you feel welcome and is not awkward. Explains everything and helps distract you from the zap with great conversation. She’s great at what she does. This was my second round of laser hair removal at H-MD and I will only see her now. She’s great! I have seen great results as she listens to where my problem areas are and corrects the machine in some magical way to give me great results. So far I’ve done 9ish sessions and really like how she is upfront with what to expect, how to care for your area post laser and is always a warm and smiley face to walk in to! 1000% recommend her if you’re getting any type of laser hair removal done. It's taken me a minute to go ahead & write a review. First, I'm a mom to 5 and just always put myself on the back burner. I have wanted to get lip filler for a long time & a little botox. I decided it's my turn to do something for me. I went in for a consultation first with Joe. Super knowledgeable gave me areas they could do to help with my concerns. Which is 1 syringe in each cheek, 1 in upper chin area & 1 in lips. The cost was $2000. I made an appt & decided that I wanted to do the areas recommended. When I came back in, they scheduled me with someone who just started, named Nancy. I was told that the filler lasts about 18 months! She added fillers where they needed to go. Then I added a lip flip & she recommended botox in tip of my chin to help with my TMJ. Results were ok for my lips, not that noticeable. I thought a full syringe would create more volume than it did. The other fillers I couldn't notice at all. I looked exactly the same. Then I learned the botox she added to my chin isn't even the right area to inject for TMJ. Anyways, the filler in my lips was gone within 6 months. I had some dimpling around mouth & tip of my chin. She also added botox to an area on the left side of my mouth that bothered me. That ended up being a lump. So yeah, spent OVER $2,000 plus $70 in additional credit card fees to still feel unattractive and look the exact same. Except for smile. Lip Flip worked amazingly.
