This is NOT the Mediterranean food you’re looking for. While the food looks good, it’s lacking in a lot of things There should be a disclaimer on their sign, saying this is North African Mediterranean food. The only flavor I tasted was sumac on the meat. I had the BD Plater which was beef and chicken shawarma along with gyro slices. Bland flavorless food. Well the Baba ghanoush had flavor but the wrong ones. It tasted canned and had a bad chemical smoked flavor instead of a natural smoked flavor. The humus was basically raw garlic and lemon. Everything was served on a bed of couscous with chickpeas. This was also devoid of flavor. There are a lot of better Mediterranean places to eat in the OKC area and I suggest you go to one of them and not here.

I got the chicken shawarma with rice and couscous, sumac onions, cucumbers, chickpeas, Taziki, tahini, Baba ghanoush, And tabbouleh. I was Initially, very surprised by the decent prices. When I got my food in the car, that was another story. The baba ganoush tasted sour and expired! I actually had to spit it out. The chicken Shawarma did not taste like Shawarma. A couple of the things such as the couscous did not look like on my plate as it did in the selection pictures when you make your plate. I tried to order falafel and was told they were out. I was kind of getting the vibe that they did not want to make anything fresh because even the chicken was already cooked. I was highly disappointed on wasting my money at this place and will not be back.

The lady who helped me at the counter was beyond helpful. She had said they were short staffed, but it did not seem as though. You could definitely tell the two knew what they were doing and both were working. My plate was exceptionally tasteful. The food here is ALWAYS fresh. I ordered a falafel, she made it and fried it while I finished my order. It came out piping hot as I was paying for the food. My meal was about $13 which I would have paid more for. Definitely enough food for 2 smaller meals. All-in-all, amazing establishment, great food, great price 👍👏

Pleasantly surprised with Baba G. I ordered a gyro salad. It comes on a bed of lettuce with olives, whole pepperoncinis, cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, jalapeno and drizzled with an olive oil dressing. Whole warm pita. You get three toppings - I picked cucumber salad and pickled red onions. I tried the tzatziki sauce as well. Everything was AMAZING. HUGE portions. I also tried the baklava. I was disappointed to see it was a pre-packaged box. The assortment was beautiful but if you've had fresh warm baklava 🤤 you definitely know what you are missing. I nuked it later and it wasn't bad but I wouldn't order again. All and all very pleased with my meal and intend on returning with friends. I have no doubt this a great option if you are vegan, vegetarian or gluten free. Interested in the hookah bar. The patio is covered and looks like it be nice during any season. Also, I would not suggest ordering through the website. It showed it was submitted and an estimate for it to be ready. However, it had not been received. They were able to prepare very very quickly so you're better off calling it in or just walking in and ordering at the counter....

Edit: since I can’t reply to the reply, I will edit my review to add my suggestion, this would be to look out for pickup orders as they come in (maybe set a noise or alert, whatever other business do) and prepare them PRIOR to the customer arriving.

This is my favorite local restaurant when it comes to the food, but they need help with their ordering systems processes.

We love this food so we keep coming back (20 min drive for us each way) but we keep tying to order ahead at home using various apps (door dash, grub hub) and they never “accept” the order until we arrive and go inside. This doesn’t happen anywhere else we pickup food. Every time we order from here we have to wait for them to start it once we arrive which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. It also takes a while to get your food once they start which is why we try to save some time waiting. I wouldn’t want them to rush their process, just start the food once the order comes in to reduce wait time.

We would frequent much more often if they could get the pickup process fixed. Definitely go try it you haven’t been but if you’re in a rush and try to pickup you’re gonna...

A great new local spot for authentic Mediterranean food.

Pros: nice new facility. friendly staff best shawarma I've had in Oklahoma by miles best hummus I've had in the Midwest they have all the appropriate fixings you'd expect on your shawarma. The falafel was amazing and fresh Amazingly fresh pita bread Well decorated and comfortable seating

Cons: they're still brand new so their staff is still learning. It's a little too a la carte, the hummus doesn't come with any bread so you have to know to order some. The quality of the food is top notch, but as a la carte as everything is be ready to pay for that quality

Pro tip: they prep their sandwiches assembly line style starting with protein, so ask them to make sure to add more sauce in the sandwich so it doesn't all just sit at the top with the vegetables.

Ask them to add Olive oil and seasoning on top of the hummus, it will...
